Owner and Principal Kelly Rodgers, PhD, MLA, LEED-AP has 15 years of transportation experience as well as 10 years of experience as a city and green infrastructure planner. Kelly works across disciplines to develop innovative policy and practice solutions that create transportation systems that work for everyone. Key focus areas of her work involve connecting transportation investments to community outcomes and using performance measures to translate policy into practice.
Kelly has a PhD in urban studies, a Master Degree in landscape architecture, and Bachelor Degree in urban and regional planning. She also has an Implementing the Safe System Approach certification from ITE. |
